Tune for Tuesday for Week of 10/17/2023: "Amusement Park" by Keigo Hoashi

This week’s Tune for Tuesday, “Amusement Park” by Keigo Hoashi, is just one of MANY haunting melodies found throughout the Drakengard/NieR series. As of this post, I’m currently only familiar with NieR: Automata and NieR: Gestalt, but just those two games alone have gotten me wanting to experience more of what this fascinating series has to offer!

Gerudo Valley has been a song very near and dear to my heart since I first heard it as a child, and when my original idea for my next AMV didn't pan out (haven't found a cover for a particular song that I find meets my standards), I had the urge to try this one instead. And as usual I keep experimenting with these videos, this time with using TECHNICALLY fewer pieces of footage but editing them in a few where it feels like more. All in all, I just really hope I did this amazing song and cover the justice they so richly deserve! Enjoy!
